Hopefully the urgent call for the U.N. and the IAEA will result in a swift emergency response for Ukraine 🇺🇦 and all of the affected citizens 😢 I saw a UNICEF appeal already in my email I'm a regular monthly contributer for people in need. I guess my greatest concern besides for the welfare of your citizens is the nuclear power plant situation. As long as that sword is hanging over the head of all Ukraine 🇺🇦 and eastern Europe, the threat of nuclear terrorism is always on your table, unfortunately 😑 😐 that's exactly how a sore loser megalomaniac tsar wannabe fuels his unfortunate subjects with the fantasy of "for the Mother Land" isn't even smart enough to realize that the original Tsar ruler was a king of Ukraine way back in the 900's which is why the oldest monasteries and such are originally Ukrainian if Putin actually knew history 🙄

Titled “Inside the Ukrainian counteroffensive that shocked Putin and reshaped the war”, its journalists quoted former commander of November’s Kherson Counteroffensive Major General Andrey Kovalchuk who shockingly admitted to planning this war crime:
“Kovalchuk considered flooding the river. The Ukrainians, he said, even conducted a test strike with a HIMARS launcher on one of the floodgates at the Nova Kakhovka dam, making three holes in the metal to see if the Dnieper’s water could be raised enough to stymie Russian crossings but not flood nearby villages. The test was a success, Kovalchuk said, but the step remained a last resort. He held off.”
