I have Ukrainian flags in my window boxes, and although I would normally put out my American flag for flag day, I will not this year. Unless I put it out draped in black, in mourning. I hung it for Memorial Day, in honor of veterans like my Dad, now deceased, but took it down immediately after, lest anyone think I support the current “regime” in any way. Putin is not the Russian people, I know, as Trump is not the American people. But right now, the President I respect and honor, and deeply admire, is your own.
