Oh, you most certainly are not losing the attention. If anything, now that Americans are getting a taste of what it's like to live in an authoritarian regime, they are much more aware of the suffering the Ukrainian people are going through. They're just busy protesting - for the US, Ukraine, and the rest of the free world. Please, hang in there.
Viktor, like millions of people around the world, I think of Ukraine every day. You have to be so frustrated and angry that the world has let Ukraine down. Although you are living through drones and unbelievable fighting, we are fighting as Americans to just not go crazy. Every single day we have killings, abductions, and a regime that is trying to destroy our democracy and way of life. I would never compare our suffering to yours but I hope the world sees us fighting against a ruthless, cruel tyrant and regime.
I will admit that until I found you on Substack, Viktor, I was one of the many who found themselves out of the loop on Ukraine because with so much horrific news, the media stopped reporting on your fight to survive. I am sorry.
I am so grateful that I found you and we can hear first hand what is happening in your country. I can and will support you and Ukraine. Your words are forever in my heart now.

We're older, remember history that is no longer taught, see the correlations, and are devastated by what's happening to you and to us. No one wins in war! Why doesn't anyone see that!
My farm gate entrance to our house has been painted blue and. yellow since Russia invaded Ukraine, it will always remain those colors even when YOU win the war!
We have not forgotten- I have not forgotten. I display the Ukraine flag on my door. Putin is looking to rollback the dissolution of the USSR. Ukraine is a large country with rich resources and Putin (and even our own morally bankrupt president) covets them. I fear too this war passing from front and center. Ukraine is standing up to Russia whose military is vast in comparison and yet Ukraine survives. (I have budgeted to upgrade you next month) so you can continue to speak out. Slava Ukraini

It might seem exaggerated, but in Canada almost no politician could get elected if they opposed helping Ukraine.
Maybe the leader of the official opposition in the last election lost his seat partly because there were doubts about his support for Ukraine.
