Viktor, I never get tired of learning about Ukraine, or reading about the war. Too many people in the world do not understand that Ukraine is fighting for all of us. I spend most of my day reading history, but about every two hours I stop my reading to check on what's going on in Ukraine. It breaks my hear that Ukrainians have to go through this. It is no exaggeration to say that Ukrainians are saving the world.

Thank you for your kind words, dear Rose. As you perfectly noticed, the events that are taking place here in Ukraine are some kind of history in live broadcasting, it's like our modern history being updated every day and sometimes every hour. The whole world is involved and the only reason we don't call it World War 3 is because the powers in question didn't dispatch a formal declaration of war. We both are together saving the world, don't forget that: without external support, no resistance would be possible. Maybe destiny designated Ukrainians to be in the front because we are a people forged in tragedy and hardships throughout the centuries of our existential odyssey.

No we must not get bored, Victor. We have to see clearly the horror of the Russian State. I think it has been hard to comprehend how backward it is because it’s people look like normal people. The nature of the being of Russia though is unthkably backward. It has no civil state. It is nowhere near a modern state. You Ukrainians are amazing. Keep writing. Keep doing whatever it takes for you to stay as healthy as possible. Kia kaha. Wendy

Thank you dear Wendy. Every day I get more convinced that writing has a power to connect emotions and to foster the solidarity we humans seem to be taking aside in the last decades. In my spare time, when I generally have no connection, I've been writing a lot, and despite my hesitation and lack of experience, it maybe transformed into a book someday. Concerning Russia, they will soon pay the full price of everything, they are already paying somehow. Reputable Russians will be ashamed for generations while the world will also need generations to restore normal relations with them.

Something else I just thought of: the fact that Ukrainians have been successful in fighting the Russians means that it is LESS likely that China will invade Taiwan. So it is not just the West the Ukrainians are saving, but also the Taiwanese people.

Completely agree. This is a fight against every authoritarian and dictatorial regime because they always lead to death, destruction and humiliation wherever they pass. Taiwan has our full solidarity.
