Excellent analysis of why the world π needs lots of love β€οΈ not wars attempting to impose the will of maniacs in power upon those people who aren't.
I'm sure the good Lord himself would agree π

Viktor, I so enjoy reading your essays. As an American, I can't help but admire the cooperation and love among Ukrainians. I find it amazing. But I confess I am now feeling such hatred for the Russians that I can barely contain it. I just read an article in The Times of London about Ukrainian prisoners of war who have been exchanged. They were castrated. One of them is 25, and is suicidal. There must be many more Ukrainian soldiers who have been castrated before being exchanged. And yet Russian POWs are treated differently. They are given food and allowed to call their parents. I am sick about this. It is hard for me not to hate the Russians.
Great essay, and I would only ask that we all save a moment of compassion for those Russians who do not agree with the war. Because, like in the United States, different voices say different things and are heard differently.
