Ukraine must give up nothing, must be compensated for repairs, receive back what has been stolen from them even though lives and more losses can never be compensated, be compensated for the havoc that has been thrust upon it and its people, and the children and goods must be returned safely. I do not know how it will be made to happen, but that is the way it must be. A victim must concede nothing, ever! A bully must be seen for what he truly is, always!

I think if Russia is hurting, it is a self-inflicted wound. Still bad, but not as grievous as what they have done to Ukraine. God willing, some day the Russian people will realize what they have done, and/or throw off the yoke of their own oppression. And then, going forward, they will not make war on other people.
Of course here in the United States, we have a different self-inflicted wound--a slim majority of Americans voted for our wretched president. It is not really even remotely comparable to what Viktor and his fellow Ukrainians are going through,but there is a tiny parallel.

It seems perfectly clear to so many, yet there you are fighting on your own. Ukraine is exactly what a country and its people strive to be. We cannot supply you with the weapons you need or financial support or military troops. But we, the ordinary citizens of the countries doing nothing, pray for you and send you our support.

The Russian empire should be dismantled, and all the other territories they occupied in the last century returned. (to Georgia, Finland, etc)
