Joe Biden will forever inspire Ukraine
An inspiration that comes primarily from the greatness of his character
IT’S WITH A MIX OF SADNESS AND ANXIETY that Ukraine received the recent news that our dear President Joe Biden will not seek a new term in the upcoming elections.
From our perspective, it initially feels confusing because our admiration and trust in him were such that we saw him as a symbol of hope—a reminder that we have strong friends who are embodied by principles and ready to defend us in all circumstances.
Joe has always been in our homes, our hearts, in our prayers, and has a prestige that few other foreign leaders have ever achieved among the people of this nation.
The honor and decency of his leadership have made an enormous impact not only in Ukraine but around the world. As Ukrainians, we are incredibly proud to have such a steadfast ally in the United States, and much of this is thanks to this remarkable man.
President Biden's support for Ukraine has always been a top priority. His dedication to our country is a testament to his strong belief in the basic principles of the free world. He understands the immense dangers posed by an aggressive Russia to global stability and the principles that guide not only the American people but also those cherished by people around the world.
His commitment has brought hope and strength to our people during these challenging times. For example, Biden's advocacy for increased sanctions against Russia and his push for international support have played a crucial role in our struggle. We will be forever grateful for everything he has done and for the solidarity he has shown.
Joe’s actions will always be remembered for the greatness of his character. He will always hold a special place in the hearts of every Ukrainian. His legacy will continue to inspire Ukraine in our ongoing struggle toward our objectives.
We are forever thankful to President Biden for everything.
Now, it’s our time to express our gratitude. Everyone who believes in democracy and the rule of law needs to unite and prevent those who intend to undermine democracy from succeeding. You certainly know who I’m talking about!

Yes Joe has been a great man. America’s own democracy is also being challenged and it is such a relief that Joe has passed the torch to those who are younger who have the needed energy to push on to strengthen their democracy. It can only benefit those of us elsewhere. Good wishes Viktor.
